Radon testing is one of the first services that Home Inspectors add to their quiver of value added services. Most providers opt to share nothing more than the information returned from the lab or information uploaded from the testing unit. In an attempt to add value, I created a “MLC Radon Testing” 3D form set that looks and feels like my home inspection report.

The “MLC Radon Testing” form set allows me to input all the information about the testing process that helps to protect me from complaints because it allows for full documentation of the testing service provided.

CURRENT 3D USERS - If you currently use Version 11 of the popular 3D Inspection System reporting software then all you need to purchase is the form set package. If you have an earlier version of 3D, then upgrade your software before installing the “MLC Radon Testing” form set.

NON-3D USERS - 3D Inspection System software is required to use the “MLC Radon Testing” form set.

PLEASE NOTE: The full version of 3D Inspection System software includes several inspection report form sets with unlimited use and the ability to create and modify all form sets. Check with 3D to see what is included with the software.
