The “MLC MOBILE HOME” form set is an add-on module to our popular “MLC RESIDENTIAL SFD” form set. The “MLC MOBILE HOME” form uses the same subforms that are used in the single family dwelling forms. This means, for example, that when you add comments to the bathroom section, then the upgraded info gets updated in both the mobile home and the single family forms.

UNIQUE MOBILE HOME FORM FEATURES - Most inspectors think that inspecting a mobile/modular home is the same as a single family dwelling, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. We encourage all inspectors to get mobile/modular home specific training and credentials. Once you do, then you will appreciate the extra portions of the form set created for the specific differences, such as the service pedestal, insignias, tongue and axles.

CURRENT 3D USERS - If you currently use Version 11 of the popular 3D Inspection System and have the “MLC RESIDENTIAL SFD” forms installed, then all you need to purchase is the mobile home form set package. If you have an earlier version of 3D, then upgrade your software to version 11 before installing the “MLC MOBILE HOME” form set.

NON-3D USERS - 3D Inspection System Version 11 software with the “MLC RESIDENTIAL SFD” form set installed is required to use the “MLC MOBILE HOME” form set.
