The “MLC 4-PLEX” form set is an add-on module to our popular “MLC RESIDENTIAL SFD” form set. The “MLC 4-PLEX” form uses the same subforms that are used in the single family dwelling forms. This means, for example, that when you add comments to the bathroom section, then the upgraded info gets updated in both the 4-plex and the single family forms.

UNIQUE FOURPLEX FORM FEATURES - Instead of using four single family form sets and duplicating much of the work, the “MLC 4-PLEX” form is laid out to allow one grounds, exterior, and roof section, with four well laid out room and mechanical sections to allow you to report on all four units within one form set.

CURRENT 3D USERS - If you currently use Version 11 of the popular 3D Inspection System and have the MLC Residential SFD forms installed, then all you need to purchase is the 4-plex form set package. If you have an earlier version of 3D, then upgrade your software before installing the “MLC 4-PLEX” form set.

NON-3D USERS - 3D Inspection System Version 11 software with the“MLC RESIDENTIAL SFD” form sets installed is required to use the “MLC 4-PLEX” form set.
