The software is more powerful than any of the other offerings and it allows users to build form sets from the ground up. Many inspectors do not have the time or the desire to create their forms from ground zero so they will turn to a third party forms creators like myself and purchase a report form that will provide them with a good base and will only require minor modifications to fit their needs.
