If you have a warranty on your new home, it might not be too late to have the builder correct the items that were not constructed properly the first time around. Some builders offer a one year warranty, others offer a two year warranty, and unfortunately some builders offer no warranty at all. As a neutral third party, let us combine the issues that you have found during the warranty period with those that we find during our inspection into one comprehensive report. Then you can share the report with the builder before the warranty period expires and remove the ability of the builder to claim that he was never notified, in an attempt to dodge his responsibility to make the needed repairs.

We recommend that you should schedule your warranty inspection a month before the warranty expires.
