Thank you so very much for your contributions to Operation Smile. My Dad said that it would be okay to share with you the information about a service project that I am involved with at my high school. Operation Smile is a donation based program that takes our contributions and gives children in disadvantaged parts of the world that are born with cleft palettes and other defects the operation that they need to smile. My Dad said that it was okay to ask you for any and all charitable contributions. Below I will share the formal letter as well as the contribution form that will allow you to either mail your contribution or fax your credit card pledge payment.

$$$ REQUEST - I know that it is hard to know where you should donate money. I would be thrilled if you would deem this a worthy cause and contribute $1, $5, $10, $20 or more. I would like to be able to collect the funds for as many operations as possible. Due to the great love of you readers money enough for THREE operations has been collected. This means that three more children in the world will be able to smile. This is more than I ever thought was possible. The surgeries are $240 per child. Please help however you can.
