SEASON AFTERTHOUGHTS FEEDBACK FORM
Dear Dodger Players, Coaches & Fans,

I wish to extend the invitation to share your memories of our 2007 championship season. I will share the remarks that you approve for publication on the "Season Afterthoughts" page. I also appreciate that you may want to share information in private. Just add the word "PRIVATE" to the end of the appropriate remarks and I will refrain from sharing those particular responses.

It is important to get your feedback for many reasons. Here are some of the most important...

  • We love to hear the good experiences from your perspective.
  • We learn from the bad experiences.
  • We get to document more memories that may not have been documented in the game summaries (That is why it is important for you to share as many details as you can).
  • As coaches we get to decide what we each can do better next year as we decide whether or not to continue coaching.
  • After a great season, the players and coaches need to hear the kudos and praises from our teammates, family, and friends.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts and memories.

PLEASE NOTE: Fill in answers to whatever questions you like. Feel free to answer some now, submit the form, and then return later as well. Knowing that we have 12 players and each has both family and friends, we could get quite a diverse group of responses.... Thanks again, Coach Michael Leavitt
