Septic systems require specialty experience and training that is beyond the scope of our inspection services. We recommend that homes with septic tanks have their systems inspected at least every 5 years and upon the change of ownership. The majority of homes in our northern Utah marketplace have traditional sewer systems and we leave the inspections to the septic pumping and installation firms. We recommend that you head to the yellow pages and look under septic for firms with that specialty. Listed below are some of the firms listed when we searched in October 2007.
