FOUNDATIONS - Many homes in northern Utah are nestled into the Wasatch Front benches and are moving from their original positions. With no benchmark to compare the movement, owners and homebuyers have no idea how much the home has moved. We offer a specialty service where we establish a baseline reading of the four corners of the foundation. In the coming years we can return and take new readings from the original markers and see if the home has settled differentially. If the movement is out of whack, then the foundation resecurement companies that elicit fees in the $10,000 to $200,000 range for repairs can be called upon for further evaluation. Without the baseline for comparison, it is much more difficult to make the needed repair decisions.

MOBILE HOMES - Mobile homes are notorious for settling. Using our digital leveling system we can measure the floor levels throughout the home and measure to what degree the floors are out of level. Armed with our room by room report the repairman can then be called upon to raise and lower the supports as needed.
