- INSPECTION FEES - We are constantly amazed that the first question most callers have for us is, "How much is a home inspection?" Now we realize when you are buying a Sony DVD player that it is a good thing to shop around and find the best price. However, when you are needing a home inspection you are paying for a professional opinion and comparing one inspection firm to another is like comparing apples to oranges. We realize that it would seem logical to compare on fees alone, but there are many entry level newbies and sub-standard inspectors out there performing what they call a home inspection for very low fees. There is no state licensing in Utah and anybody can call themselves a home inspector and call anything a home inspection report. This is where prospective clients need to dig deeper and figure out why it is worth more to invest more for their preferred inspector.

- The best comparison that I can make is if you needed open heart surgery would you go to "Hearts-R-Us", or would you spend more money on the most qualified heart surgeon around? I doubt that you would want to trust your heart to a part-time, rookie, or sub-par surgeon. The purchase of your home is one of the biggest financial investments that most of my clients will make in their lives. And this is why we feel strongly that our higher fees are worth it due to the higher caliber inspection. We have worked hard to live up to our motto "The Most Qualified Inspector In Town!"

We encourage you to compare them with the other firms that you are considering and then go with the level of inspection that you feel most comfortable.

When you drop down the square footage and age chart you can easily see the fees. Our fees are based on the square footage of the home, type, and amenities. The bigger the mansion the higher the fees. We also encourage you to consider having a Termite Inspection, Radon Test, and Electrical Outlet Efficiency Test performed along with your home inspection.
